Details
On the back of the postcard is written 'Postcard Correspondence Addressee' and in the top right hand corner a square with the words 'Kodak' at the top and bottom and the words 'Australia' on the sides. This square marks the position to put a stamp.
On the back of the postcard in the bottom right corner is printed in ink 'Lefentte Studios, Barrack Street, Perth'
Hand written on the back of the postcard in faded ink is 'Private H.W.A. Tylor D. Company 32nd Battalion 8th Brigade Australian Imperial Forces 17/10/15'
Horace Tylor was a local man who returned from the First World War and lived in Katanning. His service record number was 1381 and his trade was listed as clerk.
