JUG: MILK, BROWN ARABESQUE DECORATION
c. 1890White ceramic cylindrical shaped jugs tapering relief designs around upper and lower surfaces. Arabesque shape - arabesque designed handle and raised relief designs around upper and lower surfaces. Arabesque printed design - predominantly brown but with coloured flowers and panels. Gold leaf smudges incorporated into design around upper rim and handles.
Bought by Miss Chugg's mother with her first earnings as a gift to her mother. Brought to Subiaco in 197.? Two of a set of jugs.
