Historical information

Leonard Parvin was a young teacher appointed to East Claremont Practising School in 1915 as a replacement for Ted Stewart who had enlisted in the army. Joined the Australian Imperial Forces as a signaller in 1916. Married Edith May Bell in Wells, England on 23.1.1918.
