Sterling silver pocket flask with a spherical bayonet silver stopper. The flask sits in detachable drinking cup that has been made to look like the upper half of the flask.

Historical information

John Round & Son was established by John Round and his son Edwin in Sheffield in 1847 as a small workshop attached to his house in Tudor Street. In 1874 the firm became John Round & Son Ltd. after the Round family ceased to have an active role in the business. The trade mark of the firm was a globe surrounded by the inscription ALL THE ROUND.
