Overview

Hair curling tongs.
1. White handles and folding arms.
2. Metal "Marcel Depose Acier C" Curling Tong. Circa 1920s when they were designed and used to create the "Marcel Wave" so popular then. C refers to the size. They were either A, B, C, or D. "Acier" refers to the type of steel used to produce them.
