On the back of the postcard printed in black lettering is “TARJETA POSTAL POST CARD BILHETE POSTAL” and below this line "POSTKARTE CARTE POTALE LEVELEZO-LAP. ", then "UNION POSTAL UNIVERSEALE". Below this last line the card has two columns and above the left hand column is "COMMUNICATION" and above the right hand column is the heading 'ADDRESS ONLY”.
On the back of the photograph handwritten in blue ink is "Nurse Turner who had a matermity hospital in Amhurst St Katanning 1910".
