Overview

A delicate whitework rectangular mat with a hand made knotted edge, unusual for such a dainty mat.at each end and side a finely embroidered spray of flowers.

Around the perimeter is a cutwork band 5mm wide. At each end of the mat, a cutwork rhombus shape with needlelace filling.

14 mm wide knotted edging is scalloped with a flower design in the middle.
