The colour photograph was taken during a reorganisation of the museum in 1985. It shows the east wall of the entry to the Museum. There is a desk on the right of the front door, with a Luxor Man sitting on the top. Also on the desk are filing baskets, document files, a mixing bowl and other items. On the wall behind the desk is a large photograph showing Australian Olympic representatives. A picture is standing against the wall to the right. There is another desk in the foreground covered with posters and photographs.
