Image: The original black and white photograph shows a man standing in front of a bi-plane. He stands on the airstrip with his left hand resting on the body of his Fox-Moth plane, ABU, in which he made ferry trips from Perth to Rottnest Island. The subject`s signature has been written on the front.

reverese: A message on the back reads:" To Irene Greenwood, to remind her of her very argumentative friend, Viv James." The name of the photographer is stamped on the back of the photograph.
