Overview

Rate book of the Melville District for Country ward for year ending 30 June 1954. Paper punched. Memorandum of making and levying of rates. Brown material covered board, back and front covers. Spine consists of metal rods (small) which allows pages to be added and removed from book easily. On front cover book held in place with washers and screws in a file effect.
