Inscriptions and markings

On the back of the postcard printed in black lettering is "POST CARD" and underneath this line are two columns with headings "CORRESPONDENCE" and "ADDRESS ONLY" and in the top right hand corner a square with the words "KODAK" at the top and bottom and the words "AUSTRAL" on the sides.

Handwritten in pencil on the back of the postcard is "Opening of Richard Hooper Golf Club".
