Overview

Brown treated wooden shield with five points and glazing on the top face only. Obverse side has three key features featuring engravings. Along the top is an engraved metal ribbon banner. In the middle there is a slightly raised floral wreath design that surrounds a flat engraving of a person in a running stance. At the base is a metal shield, with six points that is engraved with the school’s name and details of the competitions won. The reverse of the plaque is glazed, and two holes can be found one at the top and one at the base. There is damage from below the mid-section to the base of the reverse side, with wood being exposed.
