Dark brown, smoothed and treated wooden shield with five points. The obverse side has a raised ribbon toward the top that features the school’s name. Underneath is a smaller plaque detailing the nominated award name. Below that there are five small metal shields, each with six points. These shields are engraved with the date and names of the recipients that are receiving the award. At the bottom of the shield is another small, engraved plaque detailing sponsorship details. At the top of the reverse side there is a white sticker, partially torn detailing manufacturer details and below that a designated hole for handing the plaque up.
