A brown wooden shield shaped plaque. There is a raised silver metal banner with text in the middle. In the middle of the plaque is a circular badge with a wreath around the edge, at the top is text and the centre has an image of three women reaching for a ball. At the bottom of the plaque is a stylized ornate shield shape which has a decorative edge and text in the centre. On the left side of the plaque on top and bottom of the centre circular badge. The bank has an elongated oval shaped metal hanging attachment. There is a sticker in the centre of the back side.
