Marble stone with black print attached to a brick building. It reads: 'The West Subiaco Lodge No. 113. This tablet to mark the completion of the Hall, was unveiled on the 6th day of November 1928 by the M.W. Grand Master The Most Rev. C.O.L. Riley, DD, LLD, OBE, VD, Archbishop of Perth'. The West Subiaco Lodge is probably a Freemasons Lodge.
