These documents dated 13 and 21 October 1994 show negotiations with the City of Melville and MGGC for:

Boundary fence repairs near the seventh green

The content related to the land lease represents a follow up to the content in item 2023.259 before the final outcomes were announced in Newsletter March 1995 (item 2022.176).

The fencing issues near the seventh green appear to be addressing a contouring issue at this location which required 600 cubic metres of soil landfill to resolve with the assistance of the Council.
