Norman and Dawson Hanna
c. 1916A sepia photograph of two young men dressed in the uniform of the 10th Light Horse Brigade.
Norman Leslie Hanna, service number "2935" and Richard Dawson Hanna, service number "2934" fought at Gaza with the 10th Light Horse Brigade, 21st Reinforcements, they were away for two years and both soldiers returned to Australia. On the back of the photograph is an article from a newspaper showing six survivors of the 10th Light Horse, one of which was Dawson Hanna. The photograph was taken on the commemorations of 71 years of the second battle of Gaza.
