The first page (tab A) contains the title:

'Committee and Annual General Meeting minutes of Associates of Melville Glades Golf Club (Inc) from 27th April 1982 to 5th October 1983'

The minutes are typed and adhered to the lined pages from tab V. From the August meeting the minutes are adhered to plain cream coloured pages that are numbered in the top corners from 15 to 299. The minutes end on page 81 with a note on page 82: See new book for Minutes from 2-11-83 onwards'. Less than half the book was therefore used, presumably because of the weight.

The book has a bottle-green colour thick cover with a red spine and corners and tied with a white shoelace.
