Nov. 1929 Board Meeting: (Toodyay Herald 15 Nov 1929 p.5)
Group Photograph. The Chairman said that he had discussed the above matter with Mr. Bardwell Clarke, who had expressed his willingness to provide a framed group photograph of the full Board for £6/6/. It was decided that the entire Board travel to Perth on Tuesday, November 18, to visit the Photographer.
Jan. 1930 Road Board Meeting (TH, 24 Jan. 1930, p.4):
Inwards Corro: 16 From Bardwell Clarke Studios, re proofs of photographs of Board Members.The Chairman thought that it would be fitting for a photograph to be supplied to each member of the Board. Moved Martin,- seconded Hasson, and carried, that 12 of each be ordered (3 kinds).”
