May Isabel Harriet Morrell (1889-?) was the daughter of Reuben Morrell and Elizabeth Morrell (nee Duncan). She grew up at Ironbarks Farm, North Greenough, and then trained as a teacher. She taught at Ogilvie and then at Watheroo where she met Harry Elphick who she married on 18 September 1923.

The photograph is importance because of the connection to Greenough and the Morrell family.
