Embroidered on cover “AUSTRALIAN COMMONWEALTH” and “AUSTRALIAN COMMONWEALTH MILITARY FORCES”. Handwritten on back in pencil is “Dear Ethel / I have just got this on the (but) I could get / I have just got time to put it in / I will send some to Mabel Myrtle next time xxx”
