An early taxi operated by Bluebird Motor Coach Service, a foundation member of the Metropolitan Omnibus Company. Travelled the Perth-Fremantle Road. Advertising Plume Motor Spirit and Gargoyle Mobil oil.

An early Red Reo Char-A-Banc Service Ltd. Bus. Pre Metro - ran Perth-Fremantle Road. A door at the front and a centre aisle have replaced the side loading doors of earlier vehicles and glazed windows have been fitted.

A parlour car with marque 'Reo Safey Bus' on a later style of bonnet.

Historical information

Originated from taxi drivers who operated on the Perth-Fremantle Road route in competition with the Railway.
