Boot Button Hook (black handle) - "Real Ebony"
black wooden handle and ornamental steel shaft
A boot buttonhook is a tool featuring a metal hook on a handle, used primarily during the Victorian and Edwardian eras to fasten numerous, tightly fitted buttons on boots. It works by passing through the buttonhole to pull the button shank, preventing finger pain.
