BEAD WORK, SAMPLES

Samples:

1. Pale blue lace – floral machine design on cotton net embroidery with diamantes, silver plastic thread, beads, plastic leaf sequins 390mmx335mm.
2. Taupe delustred satin – centre flower aqua glass beads, bronze beads and sequins, gold metallic beads and pearlized beads and leaf sequins. Border top and bottom of flower 195mm x 175mm.
3. Light green satin – leafy design with aqua diamantes, pale aqua spangles and tiny bugle beads 180mm x 100mm.
4. Apricot machine made lace backed with apricot tulle. Apricot sequins applied with tambour hook following lace design 330mm x 19mm.
5. Coronation Gown – pale cream satin and gold lame fabric 210mm x 115mm. Floral design with gold diamante centre of flower surrounded by gold seed and bugle beads, bronze diamante and plastic spangle leaves.
6. Apricot silk taffeta – using two layers and apricot spangles in cornelli design with tambour hook 160mm x 120mm.
7. Apricot faille – silver bugle and seed beads, silver floral spangle diamantes. Scalloped design for border with different floral clusters worked inside the border 150mm x 140mm.
8. Black silk velvet – aqua plastic sequined flowers surrounded by scallops of silver diamantes, silver seed beads, pearls and spangles 230mm x 130mm.
9. Cream silk satin – oblong strip sample beading with figures indicating number of beads required. Diamantes, spangles, bugle and seed beads and pearls 240mm x 75mm.
10. Cream silk satin – oblong strip sample beading. Spangles, bugle and seed beads 175mm x 35mm.
11. Cream silk satin – oblong strip sample beading. Spangles, bugle and seed beads, gold metallic flower sequins 210mm x 30mm.
12. Pink satin – spray of plastic leaves with small flowers at top, a few beads and teardrops. Leaves are pearlized plastic, seven small pink flower shape plastic spangles with seed bead centres arranged at top of spray. Scattered below the flowers are green coloured pearl beads. 7 medium beads, 2 teardrop beads and one thick spangle seed bead in the centre 130mm x 100mm.
13. Cream silk – border design. Pink spangles worked with tambour needle in scalloped edges. Inside, two rows of silver flower spangles, each with a pink spangle sewn down in the centre. Between each flower spangle is sewn one plastic crystal bead 155mm x 35mm.

Black velvet – with royal blue beadwork fern in silver beads. Diamantes, bugle and seed beads, metal sequins and silver spangles 180mm x 80mm.
