In the back row, William on the left is in a suit with a vest, and Jack who is beside him has on a high buttoned jacket with an Eton collar and bow-tie.
In the middle row, at left, Euphemia has on a dark skirt and white high necked shirt, long puffy sleeved to the elbow, then tight sleeved to the wrist. Seated at centre, is Mr Alfred Ernest Dugdale who has on a striped suit with white long-sleeved high collared shirt and lace up boots. His wife, Mary, is beside him on the right, in a black dress with corsage at neck.
Crouched on the ground at front, Mary Valentine has on a white dress and is wearing her hair down. The other ladies have their hair up.

Family group photograph of Alfred Ernest Dugdale (1865-1942) and Mary Isabella Dugdale (nee Mackintosh 1862-1948) and their children.
Alfred and Mary married in Carnarvon in 1890. Mary was the daughter of Euphemia Mackintosh (daughter of James Drummond) and Ewen MackIntosh.
