Overview

A white cotton short sleeved doll's jacket, with lace around the edges of the sleeves and neckline. The jacket opens at the front with four buttons. The jacket has two pintucks on both sides of the front

Historical information

The garment is machine stitched with button holes, gathers, embroidery and pearl buttons. It is assumed that Ethel Nankervis who is Mrs Pat Richardson's grandmother made the samplers.
