Historical information

The family retail business, Bairds Co, opened its first store in Coolgardie in 1896. In 1919, Bairds purchased a building in Wellington St, Perth where they opened their main store. Bairds sold Hardware, Tools, Grocery, Crockery, Clothes, Toys, Boots, Furniture, Drapery, Firearms, and just about everything else.
In December 1969 they were bought out by the Myer Emporium Ltd.
This catalogue was printed by the S.H. Lamb Printing House, Perth & Fremantle.
