Olivia Woolnough (1821-1885) married former convict Robert Whitehead at Gwalla in 1867. Between 1868 and 1872 they were living at Greenough.

John S. Maley acted unofficially as a banker at Greenough. This note provides evidence of the financial difficulties experienced by many women at that time.
