GENERAL MEETINGS 1974

Four General Meetings were held in 1974.

The proceedings of the Annual General Meeting on 21st February included:

• Appointment and Election of Office Bearers and Councillors
• Approval of a motion regarding fees for juniors 12-15 years in age

The proceedings of the Semi-General Meeting on 26th September included:

• The resignation of the President, A. G. Kelly as he had turned professional
• The approval of a motion to amend the constitution to elect the Office Bearers and Councillors at a General Meeting held in November of each year with those elected to take office at the Annual General Meeting
• Management reports
• Reticulation contract soon to be completed plus the installation of an additional bore

The Special General Meeting on 28th November was held to conduct the Election of Office Bearers and Councillors for 1975.

The Special General Meeting on 14th December was held to approve a motion to increase the fees for nominations and subscriptions.
