A white enamel shield shaped badge that has a blue enamel circle with a sailor, soldier and airman in the centre. Below the circle is a red scroll and the background on the shield is white enamel. At the top of the badge is a crown that has a green background. The badge has two pins at the back.

Inscriptions and markings

On the blue circular enamel in gold is "RETURNED SAILORS SOLDIERS AIRMENS". In the red enamel scroll in gold is "IMPERIAL AUSTRALIA LEAGUE"

In the middle of the crown at the top of the badge is the number "67".

On the back of the badge is engraved "SHERIDAN PERTH 2808".
