Victory Medal
c. 1918A circular medal with a ribbon with all colours of the prism. On the front of the medal is a winged figure of Victory holding a palm leaf.
Pte. William Henry Claude Pemble died of Broncho Pneumonia and is buried in St. Sever Cemetery Rouen, France.

On the back of the medal is embossed with a wreath and inside the wreath is the inscription "THE GREAT WAR FOR CIVILISATION 1914-1918".
On the rim of the medal is engraved "4242 PTE.W.H.C. PEMBLE 16 BN. A.I.F."
