Stereoscope Viewer
Wooden stereoscope made up of a curved viewing frame into which is mounted two glass lenses and from which extends an elongated platform. There is a vertical divider that extends on the platform for the first 85 mm from the viewer. Mounted on the platform is a movable focus adjustment bar onto which is fitted a small wire frame at each end.

Stereoscopes are used to view stereographic cards, which have two separate but identical images printed side-by-side. Viewing through the stereoscope creates the illusion of a three-dimensional image.
