POSTCARD: WHITTAKER TIMBER WORKERS NORTH DANDALUP

Overview

Postcard showing three timber workers sawing a tree at North Dandalup. At the bottom left hand corner are the words 'Falling, North Dandalup'. The workers are using a crossbow saw and an axe rests at the base of the tree at the left. On the reverse are the words: 'Sawing, Moulding Mills and Joinery Works 523-553 Hay Street, West. Whittaker Bros., Timber and Hardware Merchants.' In the upper right hand corner is a stamp showing a black swan inside a circle with leaves extending from the sides, which reads: 'WHITTAKER / BROS. / SERIES.'
