Åtvidabergs Industrier Halda 6
Successor to the classical ‘Halda-Norden’ models by the Danish designer Knud V. Engelhardt (1882–1931), Halda Model 6, starting in 1941, was a completely new way of design: green chassis, elegant but modest clean curves and a characteristic red stripe around the closed typebasket. It was designed by the famous interior designer Carl Malmsten, who also designed the popular portable Halda P in 1949.
Successor of the model 6 from 1953 was ‘Halda Cicero’ with green block keys.
