1885Cabinet card studio portrait of Chattie McClure mounted on cream card. Baby sitting on large brocade covered, fur draped chair, wearing dark dress and light broderie anglaise pinafore.
The McClure family came to Claremont from Adelaide in 1879. Family lived at Matheson's Terrace, situated at 16 Victoria Ave, Claremont from 1897-1902. Purchased 'The Bungalow' 1903 and lived there until 1932/3.
