1997Overview
One General Meeting was held in 1997.
Newsletter January 1997 (Item 2022.186) includes a notice of the Annual General Meeting and notes that the formal notice of meeting and annual report accompanied the newsletter.
The proceedings of the Annual General Meeting conducted on 19th March included:
- Reports from all the Board members and General Manager were received and generated a few questions and answers.
- Elections for the Captain, and Directors of Course and House and members of management committee were conducted.
- Various General Business ensued.
The minutes book included a copy of the 1997 fees.
The minutes have been scanned from the hardcopy book covering the period 1996 to 2010 (Item 2023.96).
