Round neckline horizontal pin tucks form a yoke with vertical pin tucks down front to a curved gathered hem. Closes centre back with black buttons and tie ribbons at waist . Skirt is full 3 flounces with an extra gathered strip added making up the bottom half of the skirt . Closes centre back with hooks and hand stitched eyelets
