Inscriptions and markings

Below the plan is a purple circular stamp with an inner circle. Around the inner rim of the circle in purple ink is 'CENTRAL BOARD OF HEALTH Perth W.A.' In the inner circle is a logo of two lions and a crown and the word 'FRANK' above the logo and the word 'STAMP' below the logo.

To the right of the circular stamp are hand written signatures of 'John Day E.Higgins Guicuitou - Building Committee'
