On the back of the postcard handwritten in black ink is "Brockhurst Amherst St Katanning Now St Rita's Convent Alan born here Oct 20 1913 Nina born here Sept 30th 1915 First motor car in Katanning belonged to Dr House. KA.1".
On the back of the postcard printed vertically on the left hand side in brown ink is "Printed in Saxony".
On the back of the postcard printed in brown lettering is "POST CARD" and underneath this line are two columns with headings and in the right hand column is "ADDRESS ONLY" and in the top right hand corner a square with the words "AFFIX STAMP".
