Inscriptions and markings

On the back of the postcard printed in black lettering is "POST CARD" and underneath this line are two columns with headings "CORRESPONDENCE" and "ADDRESS ONLY" and in the top right hand corner a square with the words "KODAK" at the top and bottom and the words “AUSTRAL” on the sides. This square marks the position to put a stamp.

On the back of the postcard under the heading "CORRESPONDENCE" handwritten in blue ink is "Katanning Hospital", under the heading "ADDRESS ONLY " is "M Z Wilson Indinup Katanning".
