Motor Spirit Consumer's Licence

The licence was issued to N.R. Neve, of Pingrup. The licence is for motor spirits for a Morris Car registration plate number KT.122. During and after the Second World War rationing of motor spirits was necessary to conserve fuel supplies for important industries.
