Overview

This book contains approximately 300 pages of the club's General Meeting minutes for the period 29/5/1967 to 28/11/1985.

The meetings are either Annual, Special, or General in purpose.

The cover of the book has no title. The spine is labelled:

This book itself has light green coloured cardboard covers with a dark green cloth-reinforced spine. The typed minutes are pasted onto brown paper pages of the book. The book also includes occasional copies of Annual Reports associated with the relevant Annual General Meeting.

The meeting minutes contained in the book have been scanned and registered as separate items representing each meeting.
