The image shows Mr Abrahams, Mayor of Subiaco delivering his address at the foundation stone ceremony for the Subiaco City Hall in November 1956. He is standing on a wooden stage with a small table in front of him speaking into a microphone. Behind him sit the members of the official party. There are many trees in the background.
