The book was sent by Trooper P G White to Mrs E White of Strawberry Hill, Albany. Trooper White was a member of the 10th Light Horse Regiment (26th Reinforcement/ANZAC Mounted Division) and served in the Middle east from 1916, returning to Australia in 1919.
