To the left of the Union Bank can be just seen the Post & Telegraph building. There are two electricity poles and two horse and sulkies standing on the side of the street.

Inscriptions and markings

On the back of the postcard printed in dark lettering is "POST CARD", and in the top right hand corner is a square to affix a stamp. Underneath this heading are two columns, on the right hand side are lines. Along the left hand side is printed "Printed in Germany"

On the back of the postcard hand written in pencil is "to Viola from Dorothy"
