A 17 National Service Battalion cloth patch is an Australian military insignia worn on the battledress uniform by national servicemen training in Western Australia between 1951 and 1960. It was used to identify the wearer as part of the 17th National Service Training Battalion (17 NST Bn), one of the ten training battalions raised to handle the influx of national servicemen during that era
