SIDEBOARD: TASMANIAN CEDAR
c. 1870Light brown side board with varnished surface. Attached to top of chest is a flat board with ornate embossed edges and a headpiece. A wooden shelf with flower outline is attached to the board and is supported by two ornate rounded posts. The lower half is flat topped with one drawer the width of the chest and underneath two doors with embossed irregular square design. Right and left sides of the chest underneath the drawer have an embossed ornate design with flowers in half relief. Item number is marked at the back.
