Mrs Foxley's role as club caterer is based on the following extracts from the Council of Management minutes.

23/9/1974 'MEN'S DINNER Caterer The Managing Secretary was instructed to speak to Mrs Foxley regarding her ability to cater for the dinner.'

4/11/1974 'Caterer The House Committee were requested to discuss with Mrs Foxley, days and times catering available to Members that would be suitable to all concerned.'

24/2/1975 'Caterer The House Committee was requested to advertise for club caterer.'
