The photograph of Rod wearing his MGGC Board jacket was taken by club member Tom Arnautovic.

Rod was appointed by the Board to fill a casual vacancy in the Director of House position in April 2023. He resigned from that position on 27 October 2023.

The position of House Director remained vacant for the remainder of that term.
