FRANCIS, Ken

The Council of Management minutes dated 7/7/1973 reference Ken Francis was accepted to provide counter lunches and meals on a trial period of one month. His tenure is not clear but on 17/6/1974 the minutes state 'It was agreed to place an advert in the West Australian, requesting applicants to fill position of Club Caterer.' On that criteria it is assumed that he fulfilled the role of club caterer for that period.

Newsletters in 1973 also mention Ken's wife Joy and daughter Michelle jointly providing the catering service.
